Shipping and Handling Rates: Please READ and Consider

Shipping these days can make or break the enthusiasm of a purchase. Unfortunately I do not have the mega volume resources such as an Amazon, Walmart or Wayfair." Handling" includes the cost of going to get items from the auction company or auction site, packaging and materials, researching shipping costs, invoice notification, storage, fees for picking up and finally delivering to actual vendor for shipping which all take time.

These are the handling fees that will be added to the shipping cost. You will be sent an invoice with total for shipping & Handling through Square. If you have any changes (Billing, Address change, only wanting certain part of your order or submitting your own carrier label etc.) please contact Home Run Delivery Logistics and we would be happy to assist.

INSURANCE:

Please Note: Item value will only be entered as “Paid Auction Value.” If you would like or need additional Insurance please contact Home Run Delivery ASAP before bidding or item shipping is paid.  Most carriers(USPS,FEDEX,UPS etc. will only cover up to $100.00) They will not cover actual replacement value. We are not liable for any damages to merchandise beyond our control. Additional insurance can added to final shipping cost through a third party carrier.

For the safety of you the customer, shipper and carrier, boxes will not be loaded over 40lbs. per box.

The heaviest box will be invoiced at full handling fee/additional boxes will be at half price according to their weight.

BIG HINT: When using Fedex ask us to deliver to your nearest Walgreens or Fedex shipping site for pick up. It could immediately save you $5-$10.00 by eliminating the home delivery charge. If you know someone who owns a business or your workplace where you can have it dropped off at, that can save you also. You may use your own carrier or shipping account(send us the label).We have even used Greyhound to deliver at incredible savings!

Most LTL carriers insure up to $1000.00 on new items and pro-rate down for used. Please check with us so we can add the proper insurance

if requested. Average Insurance add $30-$60.00 per pallet. Please let us know if this is going to a business with or without a dock.

We have shipped items such as restaurant equipment, arcade games, soda machines, large windows and just large 'lots' of goods however we must reserve the right to decline some jobs as they may be beyond our ability. We used Fedex, UPS, brokered LTL services, U-Ship, Roadie and anywhere else we can find a great price. If you just need it wrapped to go for your own carrier just let us know. We always strive to work with you!

WHAT WE CAN NOT SHIP:

Due to Federal Guidelines we are not licensed ship alcohol, guns, gun powder,(we are allowed to ship ammunition) paint, any flammable liquids, lithium batteries(there are exceptions based on packaging and carrier) Please make note of this before you bid. The auction service should have the proper licensing and paperwork to ship guns and will have titles to vehicles.

Home Run Delivery is an independent shipping contractor. We reserve the right to accept or deny any shipping request and is in no way liable for any shipment that is or has been damaged beyond our control.
