                                                    Hi my name is Debra Findeis or just Deb.

I have been an independent courier contractor for 25yrs and this is my first real home business. I love to drive and organize, crazy right? Most of all I love helping people and this I discovered is one way to                                                          make this happen along with my M-F job.

 

I have been working with auction companies because there seems to be a huge gap in shipping options. The customers weren't being communicated with and the shipping costs were outrageous. 

Customers or I call them my 'personal clients' often didn't have a say in what was being shipped, how much it was going to cost them and how to track their items. Now you do!

 

For example: Bill won a "Lot" at auction for $7.50 but he was only interested in obtaining 2 items from that lot. If we had shipped the entire lot it would well have been over $75.00 but because he only wanted those items we were able to ship for $22.00. 

It's communication!

I strive to contact each of my personal clients and help them attain their items at the lowest price possible. It's still a fun and unique learning experience with each job.

Because I don't have a huge staff(a few friends and family) it may take a bit longer getting your shipment from A to B but I strive to get it right.

 

Shipping today, unfortunately is not cheap. Everyone must consider an items size, weight, dimensions, distance and how soon they would like to recieve their items. I'd like to help make those choices easier.

Free shipping usually means that the cost is usually hidden within the price of the item, the shipper is making it up on volume, or they may be absorbing it as a way to keep you as a loyal customer.

I want to stay in contact with you so that you recieve your items in a timely cost effective manner and that you are satisfied with the whole shipping experience.

I don't just consider you as just a customer. I consider you as a new friend!
